• Open https://outlook.office.com
• Click your photo in the upper right corner, and then Open another mailbox
  • 
• Enter the persons name, or their Summit email address and click Open
  • 
• You should now have access to their mailbox

NOTE:  You must request access through Helpdesk before you can access another users mailbox.
