How to fix Byte Printer Error

 

Step 1 - Find the Control Panel

 

 

 

Step 2 - Open up Programs and Features

 

 

 

 

Step 3 - Uninstall Byte PDF Printers

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4 – Uninstall BytePro Print to Loan File

 

 

 

 

Step 5 – Open up your (C:) Drive located in File Explorer

 

 

 

Step 6 – Open up ProgramData but if you don’t see it make sure Hidden items has a CHECK MARK in the VIEW TAB

 

 

 

 

Step 7 – Delete the BytePro Print to Loan File

 

 

 

 

Step 8 – View your devices and printers (type in PRINTERS at bottom left)

 

 

 

 

Step 9 – Remove both printers (BytePro Print to Loan File and Internal BytePro Printer)

 

 

 

Step 9 –  Reinstall Byte Printers from here: https://byte.summit-mortgage.com/byteinstall/ByteProPDFPrinterInstaller.msi (Check browser to see download)
